About Dr. Winston Goh
A Specialist in Family Medicine, Dr. Winston Goh obtained his medical degree from the University of Hong Kong in 2001 and received post-graduate education in General Practice in Glasgow, Scotland. He obtained his Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) qualification in the UK in 2008.
Dr. Goh underwent further training in Family Medicine in the US at the State University at Buffalo (SUNY), New York, from 2007 to 2010. He obtained his certificate from the American Board of Family Medicine in 2010.
From 2010 to 2015, he served the local Asian community in San Francisco's Chinatown. During his free time, he also volunteered at the San Francisco Community Health Center, caring for homeless people, drug addicts, and patients living with HIV in the Tenderloin district of San Francisco.
Dr. Goh moved back to Hong Kong in 2015 and worked at the Hong Kong Sanatorium & Hospital as a resident medical officer for 2 years, and then joined OT&P Healthcare in 2018, a multi-specialty private practice in Central. In 2026, Dr. Winston Goh joined his father, Dr. Victor Goh, at PCPH Medical Practice, a private practice in Central, Hong Kong.
Dr. Goh enjoys teaching medical students during his free time and serves on the Board of a local NGO called AIDS Concern. Dr. Goh is also chairman of the Hong Kong LGBT Medical Society, with a mission to remove the stigma surrounding being LGBTQ+ in medicine and to improve access to and quality of health care for the local LGBTQ+ community in Hong Kong.
